Sometimes people hear about a church but still don’t visit because hearing about it is not the same as having a reason to come. They may be unsure what to expect, not know anyone there, find the location or service information unclear, or simply feel that the church isn’t speaking to something they currently care about.

Look at the journey from their perspective: What did they see, what did they understand, what reason were they given to come, and what might be stopping them? Often, the problem isn’t lack of publicity; it’s the gap between awareness and genuine interest.
